Their challenge was scaling highly personalized, timely communications—manual confirmation emails, surveys and reviews—across multiple brands and customer segments while capturing feedback, recognizing repeat travelers, and coordinating newsletters, loyalty and care programs.
Working with Selligent, Bookit implemented marketing automation: real‑time welcome streams with destination‑specific content, triggered survey invitations and a scoring algorithm for reviews, an awards‑points program tied to bookings and surveys, and custom reporting dashboards.
