Audi Belgium faced a launch challenge for the new A3 Sportback: the car debut was tied to the Brussels motor show in January but showroom models and pricing weren’t yet available, with months before purchase opportunities. Audi needed a way to build and sustain consumer interest and drive qualified prospects into local dealerships despite the long roll-out.

Working with Emakina and the Selligent omnichannel platform, Audi created a personalized “Digital Test Drive” microsite—promoted via email, social, banners, TV and print—that let users configure and virtually drive the A3 while capturing preferences and intent. Data-driven scoring across Engine, Innovation and Design powered tailored follow-ups and VIP invitations to the motor show; the campaign drew 100,000+ visitors, about 9,000 configurations and more than 10,000 qualified leads, with an average email open rate of 83% and CTR of 60%.
