Allstate, one of the largest personal lines insurers in the U.S., wanted to grow registrations for Allstate Rewards, a gamified program that rewards safer driving via the Drivewise app. After six months the Drive-to-Register email campaign was losing engagement, and Allstate needed to reactivate a "tired" audience and scale personalized outreach across millions of customers.

Partnering with Deluxe Rewards and Selligent, Allstate rebuilt the campaign using behavioral segmentation, dynamic content, embedded surveys, and A/B testing—deploying nine monthly waves with over 20 creative versions across seven segments. The relaunch drove nearly 400,000 new registrations in Q2 2016 (41% of the unregistered base), 52% more monthly registrations, a 54% higher click-to-open rate, and dramatically higher registrations and conversion on email send days, far exceeding initial goals.
