OfficeMax New Zealand, a workplace and education solutions provider, needed a better way for sellers to find accurate, up-to-date product information and confidently explain its wide range of offerings. Its old content repositories were hard to search, often outdated, and gave marketing little visibility into what sellers were using. OfficeMax turned to Seismic for interactive content and sales enablement support.

Seismic implemented LiveDocs and Microapps to centralize content, automate catalogues, and power interactive showroom experiences. The results included a 31% increase in seller confidence, a 25% increase in content findability, and a 53% increase in seller effectiveness. OfficeMax also cut catalogue production from four to nine months down to five minutes or less, while reducing the time sellers spent creating customer content.
