M&T Bank, a multi-state community-focused bank, needed to shift its enablement mindset and improve sales efficiency while also managing compliance risk tied to LIBOR contract remediation. The bank turned to Seismic, a sales enablement platform, to give its teams better technology, tools, and coaching across a large organization with established processes.
Seismic helped M&T Bank automate and organize the LIBOR remediation workflow using Workspaces and folder structures, reducing customer touchpoints and simplifying project management. The results were strong: 100% adoption among Relationship Managers involved in the project, and 83% of loans remediated after one year in production, significantly lowering compliance risk and putting the bank ahead of schedule.
