Citrix implemented Seismic with 2 administrators, 80 content contributors, and about 12 content profiles across 4 regions, plus approval workflows and quarterly governance scorecards to prevent content sprawl. The Seismic rollout drove 98.5% global adoption, made Pages some of the highest-viewed assets, cut routine document creation from hours to minutes via LiveDocs, improved ramp time for sellers, and delivered measurable engagement through a “Reach” metric tracking views, downloads, and shares.
