Inspirage, a Bellevue-based business services firm, faced a flood of requests for customer case studies that overwhelmed its four-person marketing team. Sellers and partners were forced to pull from static, often outdated SharePoint slides, creating visibility and productivity problems. To address this, Inspirage partnered with Seismic and adopted Seismic’s LiveDocs technology to modernize and scale their customer story program.
Using Seismic, Inspirage built a centralized customer-story database fed by CRM data, contracts and team surveys, then automated case-study generation with LiveDocs so sellers can select story types and instantly produce tailored content. The program now includes over 200 stories, integrates with Eloqua for distribution, and uses Seismic LiveSend for engagement analytics—delivering a 75% reduction in case study production time and 95% seller adoption while freeing marketing to focus on customer relationships.
