Upsolve, a nonprofit that helps low-income families file bankruptcy for free, needed a cost-effective way to drive growth while competing against much larger organizations. Using Segment alongside SEO, the team looked for a scalable path to bring in high-intent visitors and understand which landing pages were actually converting.

Segment helped Upsolve track anonymous user behavior, store pre-signup traits, and analyze first and last interactions through Personas. The insights showed that programmatic state and city pages drove about 70% of conversions versus roughly 10% from editorial content, leading Upsolve to double down on scalable SEO and create over 95,000 landing pages. Segment’s data also helped Upsolve improve page design for faster conversions and better measure the impact of its content.
