Crypto.com, the Singapore-based financial services platform, wanted to accelerate user growth while improving retention, security, and compliance across its crypto products. Segment also reduced engineering effort, improved trust in data, and helped Crypto.com spot data issues before they reached marketing or analytics systems. The result was faster deployment of data products and support for Crypto.com’s rapid scale, including a forecasted 900% increase in its user base by 2023.
