Vodafone, the telecommunications company, wanted to create a more human and authentic employer brand by engaging its global workforce in corporate storytelling. Working with Seenit, they looked for a way to better represent the 130,000 people behind the Vodafone brand and share employee voices across more than 25 global markets.
Seenit developed a global framework that let Vodafone collect employee-generated video content efficiently, cost-effectively, and at scale. The approach helped Vodafone create authentic stories, strengthen inclusion and diversity, and engage employees internally and externally, resulting in a stream of videos used across social channels and other communications.
