A Second Street Lab Case Study
Coldwell Banker Nuemann wanted a way to generate local real estate leads and measurable advertiser results, while also helping the station create new revenue. Working with Second Street Lab, CHYM-FM built a real estate quiz campaign designed to engage listeners who were considering buying or selling a home.
Second Street Lab implemented an interactive quiz with registration, email opt-in, optional Facebook Like, and survey questions to capture audience data. The campaign produced over 360 entries, added 40 people to Coldwell Banker Nuemann’s database, and identified nearly 40 prospects likely to buy or sell within two years, while also generating $1,500 in revenue for the station.
