Moneyboat, a UK direct lender founded in 2015, needed to replace an outdated and time-consuming quality assurance process that limited its ability to monitor agent performance and give useful feedback. The company turned to Scorebuddy to modernize its QA approach and improve reporting, scoring, and agent engagement.
Scorebuddy implemented a centralized QA platform across Moneyboat’s QA, collections, complaints, lending, and customer service teams, giving agents access to scores through an agent dashboard and helping QA managers complete scorecards much faster. As a result, Moneyboat improved QA scores, increased agent engagement and morale, and strengthened customer interactions, contributing to awards for lending and service.
