T‑Systems, a provider of system integration, outsourcing and telecom services, created a Center for Development and Specialized Services to industrialize software development and strengthen project control as part of a broader CMMI/PMBOK quality drive. Facing the need to manage many concurrent projects across sites, index multi‑skilled resources, enable multi‑user access and versioned document control, the company evaluated market tools and sought a fast, web‑accessible solution to support certification and unified processes.

T‑Systems selected Sciforma for its 100% multi‑site web access and superior performance, piloting in Lyon and rolling the tool out to about 320 staff with brief in‑house training. The implementation enabled indexed resource allocation, faster forecasting and reporting (including PDF schedules and client real‑time access), built‑in document versioning for quality control, and API integrations for leave and payroll—resulting in higher productivity, reduced administrative overhead and improved project management across the group.
