Société Générale Algérie, an affiliate of the Société Générale Group founded in 2000 with a nationwide branch network serving hundreds of thousands of customers, needed to improve how it planned and delivered IT and operations projects. Its Information System & Project Department was managing a portfolio of more than 200 projects across 50+ project managers but struggled with inconsistent processes, limited portfolio visibility and unreliable capacity forecasting, which hindered stakeholder satisfaction and resource allocation.
