SIIH Improving Visibility and Traceability of Workloads

Nord-Pas-de-Calais Inter-Hospital Healthcare IT Agency (SIIH) provides IT and hospital information system services since 2001 to over 50 healthcare establishments, including 34 public hospitals. In 2008 SIIH sought a solution to track projects and recurring activities, improve workload visibility and better justify invoicing; during a proof-of-concept Sciforma stood out as the only tool able to manage recurring-task workloads effectively.

Deployed in spring 2009 and now used by more than 100 staff, Sciforma was quickly integrated and adopted thanks to its practical ergonomics and management support. The platform delivered greater visibility and traceability of work, improved invoicing justification, and enabled SIIH to move on to forecasting and upcoming projects while exploring new modules like resource reservation.
