ISoSL (Intercommunal de soins spécialisés de Liège) is a Belgian healthcare group operating multiple psychiatric, geriatric and nursing facilities across 42 sites. Its central IT PMO needed a consolidated view of projects and resources to improve capacity planning, demand intake and prioritization across independently operating divisions — problems that left projects stalled and decision-makers without reliable data for trade-offs.
