How adopting Sciforma has boosted the PMO’s role as a key coordinator

S2E is France’s leading platform for managing employee savings plans, serving some 70,000 companies and nearly 3 million employees with annual revenue of €53.7M. Facing fragmented tools and manual Excel processes that required about 20 days to consolidate project reports, the PMO—recently moved to Customer Relations & Transformation—needed a single, reliable repository to harmonize project, resource and budget management, improve collaboration between project and resource managers, and strengthen links with financial control.

S2E implemented Sciforma 7.1 SaaS after a short pilot, using mostly standard configuration and expert-led iterative deployment. The platform centralized planning, tracking, resource and budget management, and introduced templates and best practices, enabling near real-time visibility, better resource allocation, consolidated cash-flow tracking and stronger PMO governance. As a result the PMO has become a true coordination hub able to spot risks, report to executives, and drive continuous improvement while preparing to extend metrics, scenario simulations and Agile projects.
