Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) is a regional park and trails district serving more than 2 million people across St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County. Managing concurrent, publicly funded construction projects across multiple counties had relied on ad-hoc tools like Excel and Office, creating slow budgeting, limited portfolio visibility, and burdensome compliance and reporting demands.
