Even Aligning Project Life Cycles Across a Diversified Cooperative Group

Even is a Brittany-founded cooperative and a major player in the French food industry, with four complementary business units (upstream agriculture, dairy, distribution and value-added products), household brands and €2.5 billion in revenue. With multiple divisions and IT teams using different tools and methods, Even faced fragmented project management, limited cross-functional collaboration and poor visibility into overall capacity — prompting a group-level program to standardize practices and align project lifecycles.

The group deployed Sciforma in early 2022 and built interfaces to Jira and other systems, while implementing a standardized project lifecycle, templates and change-management workshops with ASI. This approach improved capacity visibility, raised resource utilization by 10% and cut time spent on administrative tasks and reporting by 20%, improved report quality and decision-making, and made it easier to spot at-risk projects; next steps are full group rollout and adding budget and cost management.
