Boursorama, a Société Générale subsidiary and leader in online banking, brokerage and financial information, needed a scalable project-management solution to formalize IT project and program oversight during rapid growth. The challenge was to introduce stronger governance and reporting without slowing the company’s native agility or burdening technical teams with heavy administrative processes.

Boursorama implemented Sciforma (on-site) with support from ACDE‑Conseil, focusing on core capabilities—resource management, scheduling and PPM reporting—and targeted training and custom reports for fast adoption. The platform centralized project data, improved time tracking and budget control, increased on‑budget delivery rates, and drastically reduced reporting time while enabling the PMO to manage a threefold rise in activity.
