Terrena, France’s leading multi-purpose agricultural cooperative (29,000 members, €3→5B revenue growth), launched a wide-ranging “New Agriculture” transformation that put heavy demand on its consolidated IT Office — which manages 200–400 projects and 600+ applications. Facing limited resources, duplicated effort and slow, manual budget/time tracking, Terrena needed a scalable tool to centralize project and application portfolios, prioritize strategic work, and speed up decision-making.

Terrena migrated from on-premise Sciforma 4 to SaaS Sciforma 7 (and later 7.1) with gradual rollouts and focused change management; the platform centralized project and budget processes, enabled KPIs and trade-off analysis, and automated charge-back and time-tracking. Results included a 20x reduction in time-sheet management effort, improved forecasting and supplier provisioning, stronger executive oversight (IT, Audit, Board) and rapid user adoption thanks to an intuitive interface, turning Sciforma into the IT Office’s control tower for the transformation.
