To solve this, CACP implemented One2Team (Sciforma Deliver) as a centralized repository and governance platform for demand management, program oversight and committee decision‑making. The tool now supports program coordinators and project teams with shared visibility, prioritization, planning and task management—processing 1,600+ requests since 2018—and CACP reports 100% of strategic and cross‑functional programs, committee‑reviewed projects, stakeholders and regulatory actions managed in One2Team, with faster reporting, improved collaboration and a growing project management culture.
