BIOASTER is a French Technological Research Institute (founded 2012, Lyon/Paris) that develops collaborative microbiology and infectious-disease projects for public and private partners. Its PMO, led by Carole Leroy, needed a project and portfolio management solution to support the full project lifecycle—from idea and partner selection through maturation, GO/NO GO, launch and execution—while consolidating budgets, tracking scientific resources and enabling collaboration across geographically dispersed academic and industry partners.
