Besins Healthcare is a five-generation, family-owned pharmaceutical company (headquartered in Monaco with 22 subsidiaries) specializing in hormone therapies for gynecology, fertility and related fields. As the company centralized corporate functions and created an independent PMO to support development projects, the team identified a critical need for a robust planning tool to better monitor deadlines, costs and portfolio visibility.

In April 2020 Besins deployed Sciforma (with Prodecys) to plan and track projects and associated expenses, giving the organization reliable, up-to-date portfolio data. The tool streamlined project planning and communication, improved cross‑departmental visibility, led teams to provide more accurate cost and time estimates, and centralized budget management at the PMO — speeding decisions and reducing duplication and cost waste.
