Case Study: Faurecia achieves organization, transparency, and responsiveness with Sciforma

A Sciforma Case Study

Preview of the Faurecia Case Study

Achieving Organization, Transparency, and Responsiveness

Faurecia’s Interior Systems Division — a global unit with 21,000 contributors that represents 22% of the company’s turnover — faced a major challenge after the 2008 financial crisis: dispersed project teams, inconsistent processes, and limited visibility into planning, costs and resources. To become more competitive and adapt quickly to changing customer demands, the division made a strategic decision to standardize project management across regions.

Faurecia selected Sciforma’s PSNext platform with integrator ASI and rolled it out from 2009–2010, training more than 1,500 users and deploying modules for planning, collaboration, reporting, resource and conflict management. The solution centralized processes and data, improved coordination and budget transparency, sped decision‑making, and increased responsiveness to customer launches — outcomes Faurecia credits with helping secure major contracts and modernize how the division manages projects.
