T-Mobile Croatia Communicates With Customers With In-Store Digital Signage System

T-Mobile Croatia, a leading GSM operator with nationwide coverage, needed a better way to communicate new products and services to customers at the right time and place across its subsidiaries. Using Scala InfoChannel, T-Mobile set out to improve in-store communication in locations including Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, and Osijek.

Scala implemented a digital signage and interactive communication network using InfoChannel Designer3, InfoChannel Players, Fujitsu plasma screens, and 24/7 keyboards in major subsidiaries. The solution delivered content to 12 players across 6 locations, enabling quick, effective updates on special offers and mobile services and providing always-on customer interaction.
