Heathrow Airport surveys 2,500+ local residents with Savanta to understand quality of life

Heathrow Airport wanted to understand the key issues affecting its local community's quality of life to inform its strategic approach and prioritize its actions. To achieve this, they partnered with Savanta to implement a study based on the Airport Cooperative Research Program’s methodology.

Savanta conducted a large-scale mixed-mode survey of over 2,500 local residents. The results provided Heathrow with a comprehensive understanding of the drivers of quality of life, identifying specific opportunities where the airport could intervene to make a positive impact. This research is now being used to inform and track the effectiveness of Heathrow's community initiatives.
