When HR became simple for Proximus employees

Proximus, the Belgian telecommunications company, faced a fragmented HR landscape that forced employees and managers to use multiple applications for tasks like training, salary, holidays, sickness, and expenses. To improve the experience, Proximus worked with SAP, using SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone and SAP Business Technology Platform to simplify HR access and better support hybrid work.

SAP implemented a single HR front end called MyHR, consolidating 57 applications into 7 integrated, user-friendly cloud apps and adding tailored UI cards and a chatbot assistant. The results were strong: more than 9,500 employees use MyHR, it attracts over 5,000 weekly visitors, and employee satisfaction with HR tooling rose to 94%, up 9% from before the project.
