Vodafone, the multinational telecommunications company, needed to transform learning, talent, and skills development across its 96,000-employee global workforce as roles shifted toward digital skills and internal mobility. To meet this challenge, Vodafone worked with SAP, using SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP tools to create a more personalized, integrated learning and talent experience.
SAP helped Vodafone implement the “Grow with Vodafone” solution, combining SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Workzone, and other integrated platforms to deliver self-directed learning and career development at scale. The results included 81% of learners enjoying self-managed learning, a 0.63-point increase in the learning experience score, 11% more internal hires, 5,700 personal learning playlists created in year one, and 3x operational savings.
