Driving business transformation and innovation with SAP Signavio Suite

Vodafone, through its procurement company, needed to accelerate digital transformation, modernize its IT landscape, and improve process efficiency and transparency across a complex global organization. To support this, Vodafone chose SAP Signavio Suite as part of its RISE with SAP transformation journey, using tools like Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Journey Modeler, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

SAP implemented the solution to consolidate Vodafone’s process and analytics toolchain, migrate 11,000+ process models from Aris, move 82 reports from Celonis to SAP Analytics Cloud, and shift 20+ Celonis use cases into Process Intelligence. The result was a single source of truth for operational processes, faster time to insights, and an estimated €47M in potential value identified in invoice-to-pay and invoice-to-cash areas.
