The solution digitized hiring and onboarding, enabled mobile access to HR services, automated job postings, and introduced continuous performance management—cutting hire time from two hours to 20 minutes, saving store managers about 1.5 hours of paperwork per recruit, producing roughly 600 candidates per requisition (versus 10–20 previously) and achieving ~70% global adoption of the performance tool, while giving leaders real-time KPIs and eliminating extensive manual reporting.
