As a result Rostelecom made 6,000 hires in the first nine months with stronger digital skills, saw a 13% increase in employee engagement, achieved an expected 30% time savings in performance management, and put tens of thousands of managers on personal goal and career plans—demonstrating measurable efficiency and cultural gains from SAP SuccessFactors.
