Solta Medical, a global leader in medical aesthetics (brands include Thermage, Fraxel, Isolaz and CLARO), needed a way to deliver current sales and marketing materials to a globally distributed sales force (150+ reps), worldwide distributors and other stakeholders while avoiding duplicate data entry and providing visibility into partner activity via Salesforce. Their existing shared drives and static portals made it hard for users to find the right collateral and for marketing to track usage.
CallidusCloud’s Enablement platform—branded internally as SoltaSpace—gave Solta a single, role-based sales enablement portal with one-time content uploads, partner permissions, and Salesforce integration for account/contact linking and activity visibility. The solution eliminated digging through dated drives, removed the need for a separate partner site, fit into existing Salesforce workflows, and supported over 1,700 users accessing 1,500+ collateral items with more than 50,000 downloads.
