ServiceMax is a cloud-based field service software provider that helps companies manage contracts, scheduling, parts and analytics on mobile devices. The company needed an eLearning solution to deliver role-based learning paths for employees and to create paid customer certification programs (with eCommerce sales) to boost engagement and demonstrate product value, and evaluated LMS options for ease of use, course certificates, eCommerce and Salesforce integrations, bulk upload and SSO.

ServiceMax selected Litmos, rolling it out to employees with teams and sub-teams for granular training, and praised its user-friendly admin and SSO capabilities. The company plans three customer certification tracks and has already realized measurable results: over 300 employees using Litmos, $2,500 in customer training cost savings per Certified Administrator, and expected training revenue growth from $250K to about $1M by combining face-to-face and online programs.
