That fragmented setup caused data silos, duplicated work across sales, operations and finance, higher administrative costs, no online broker access and cumbersome check and statement processing.
PHPNI consolidated commission and incentive payout processing onto CallidusCloud’s ICM, a single configurable platform that automated workflows and simplified integrations. The implementation enabled payments for both internal and external producers, improved statement quality and broker communication, and significantly reduced duplication and administrative effort.
