Nokia, the world leader in mobility, launched a global sales excellence program to replace disparate bonus schemes with a company-wide incentive payment system. The challenge was to administer 1,300 payees across roughly 200 unique compensation plans, multiple payment schedules and local currencies in 67 countries, while integrating with SAP HR and remaining flexible for ongoing business change.
Nokia selected CallidusCloud Commissions and completed a five-month rollout, integrating it with Nokia’s systems to automate plan administration and payments. The solution now delivers accurate, timely incentive payments in local currencies, supports rapid plan updates and major organizational changes without disruption, and has increased visibility into sales performance while enabling further automation and reporting.
