Mondi Uncoated Fine Paper, a European market leader in uncoated fine paper, faced a fiercely competitive market that required more personalized, responsive customer service and more efficient sales operations. The company needed to simplify and accelerate sales processes, give reps reliable access to customer data anywhere (including offline), and improve collaboration across departments and with customers while reducing administrative burden.
Mondi implemented SAP Cloud for Customer/SAP Sales Cloud and the SAP Jam collaboration platform, giving ~200 sales reps centralized, live customer data with preconfigured mobile and offline access. As a result, 99% of the sales team now uses the solution, administrative work has fallen so reps can focus on customers, customer visits are better prepared and evaluated, and internal and customer collaboration has strengthened—paving the way for broader rollout and future web-store integration.
