LexisNexis, a global leader in legal, news, and business information, experienced rapid sales-force growth and complexity after acquiring Matthew Bender. The two businesses continued to run separate, internally developed compensation systems, which produced duplicate payments and reports, required extensive manual reconciliation, and left the compensation team dependent on IS—hindering analysis and growth.

LexisNexis implemented CallidusCloud TrueComp (Commissions) as a single Sales Performance Management solution to automate calculations, consolidate reporting, and provide a one-stop compensation repository. The change delivered faster processing, one check/one report for reps, easier plan changes without IS, improved data integrity, and freed the comp and IS teams to focus on analysis and higher-value projects—supporting ~1,200 participants, 20–30 plans, and about 300,000 transactions per month.
