How Megger upskilled its team on cloud-to-cloud solution integration with help from SAP Enterprise Support

Megger Group Limited, a Dover-based maker of electrical test and maintenance products with about 1,350 employees and €250 million in revenue, needed to validate and better understand a cloud-to-cloud integration between its SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud. The company wanted hands-on knowledge of the integration build and usage, assurance that marketing tools fully supported the sales team, and the ability to maintain and extend the solution internally.

Working with SAP Enterprise Support and the Enterprise Support Advisory Council, Megger received hands-on sessions for SAP Integration Suite and an introduction to SAP Cloud ALM, plus configuration guidance, security and monitoring best practices, and a service report with recommendations. The engagement upskilled Megger’s IT team, improved integration monitoring and maintainability, and boosted internal self-sufficiency—outcomes the company rated highly and expects to extend with SAP Cloud ALM.
