How Can Great Customer Care in a Complex IT Project Smooth Go-Live and Empower Internal Teams

Eczacıbaşı Building Products, owner of global brands such as VitrA and Burgbad and a leader in Turkey’s sanitary‑ware market, needed to deploy next‑generation ERP and CRM solutions in the cloud to support international growth. The complex rollout spanned five companies, five production areas, four countries and languages, and involved about 200 internal team members and 100 consultants — requiring a smooth go‑live and uninterrupted business continuity.

Working with SAP Enterprise Support and the SAP Early Adopter Care program, the project used remote workshops, continuous quality checks, journey checks, and tailored enablement and academy sessions to validate plans, reduce risks, optimize performance, and upskill teams. The implementation completed on schedule in 13 months with minimal disruption, improved system response and throughput, and greater internal capability for ongoing operations and integration.
