A SAP Sales Cloud Case Study
HORSCH, a family-owned manufacturer of advanced arable farming machinery, faced rapidly rising demand that strained its service and sales teams. With around 200 global sales partners and a commitment to close customer relationships, growing administrative work—manual warranty claims, scattered machine status info and time-consuming processes—left staff with less time for personal customer conversations and threatened service quality during peak seasons.
Working with SAP partner Sybit, HORSCH deployed SAP Commerce Cloud via an agile rollout to create a branded dealer portal and digitize service processes. Dealers now view orders, machine locations and warranties online, warranty claims are processed digitally, and maintenance workflows are streamlined—resulting in faster repairs, fewer administrative tasks, better fleet transparency and stronger customer loyalty as service teams regain time for direct customer engagement.
