MVV Enamic GmbH, a German energy group operating across generation, trading, and distribution, set out to shift from commodity delivery to service-based offerings and create an online Solution House marketplace for business customers. The company faced challenges to automate end-to-end processes, nurture customer relationships cost-effectively, attract green-energy customers, increase partner synergies, and provide transparent delivery and billing across a consortium.

Working with SAP, MVV Enamic implemented SAP Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Subscription Billing in a hybrid back office to digitalize pricing and quotation, centralize product catalogs, and automate lead-to-cash and settlement across partners. The platform enabled pay-per-use and fixed-price channels, cross-partner bundling, and a 360° customer view—cutting contract-creation time by about 50%, reducing cross-partner costs, consolidating billing, creating new revenue opportunities, and freeing funds for research and innovation.
