KSB, a Frankenthal, Germany–based maker of pumps, valves, and services with about 15,000 employees operating in 100+ countries, needed to coordinate complex international sales cycles and fully digitalize its sales and service processes to keep a clear overview across markets and customer lifecycles.

By rolling out SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud for roughly 2,500 users, KSB gave service and sales teams a 360-degree customer view, faster access to equipment and lifecycle data, real-time photo/voice uploads and e‑signatures, and unified processes.
