Partnering with SAP Concur, Weatherford consolidated tools, centralized its card program, automated reviews and reconciliations, and rolled out a phased global implementation with integrated training and support. The transformation drove major gains: 100% corporate card adoption, 800% growth in card issuance, 400% more monthly expense reports processed, >90% fewer manual reviews, 47% workforce efficiency improvement, 26% lower T&E ops costs and an estimated $5 million in savings (plus a 770% increase in rebates and 19% more retained cash).
