SNP Group, a Heidelberg‑based software and IT services firm of about 1,400 employees, needed to modernize its ERP after losing internal system administration and to simplify complex travel-expense processes and purchase workflows. With a tight timeline (only eight weeks to provision systems/infrastructure before go‑live) and a goal to make future acquisitions easier to integrate, SNP faced a fast, high‑risk transformation challenge.

SNP implemented RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (private edition), added Concur Expense, and used SAP Enterprise Support to manage a rapid cloud migration and standardize processes.
