Promesa, an automotive and consumer products company, faced the challenge of maintaining business operations and ensuring employee safety during a government-mandated 30-day sales pause at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, SAP Concur helped Promesa retain all employees and ultimately surpass its anticipated May revenue by $700,000. The company also resumed business operations at a rate 10% greater than anticipated.
