NTT DATA Philippines, an SAP Concur partner, was approached to support one of Asia’s largest bottling companies with an SAP Concur implementation on an extremely tight timeline. The customer needed help designing a complex workflow and quickly setting up the project to meet its rollout goals.

With SAP Concur, NTT DATA rapidly mobilized a project team, completed the design workbook, and built a standard workflow to deliver the implementation. The solution was rolled out to more than 2,000 users in just 3 months, reducing expense reimbursement processing time from 5 days to 2 days and saving approximately 1 FTE in headcount costs by moving from manual expense processing to Concur Expense.
