SAP rolled out Concur Travel & Expense as a unified, mobile-enabled booking-to-reimbursement platform across dozens of countries and tens of thousands of users. The solution shortened expense compliance checks from about 30 minutes to two, sped reimbursements, delivered 75%+ user satisfaction, and increased spend visibility—helping negotiate better hotel and flight rates and manage roughly US$700,000 in annual spend through the system.
