IDP Education, a global leader in education services operating in 50+ countries, faced fragmented purchase‑to‑pay processes: expense submissions were inconsistent across regions, travel requests were hard to track, and supplier invoice and chart‑of‑accounts practices varied by country, making vendor negotiations and data analysis difficult.

IDP implemented SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, Invoice) and SAP Ariba—deployed in three phases with Accelerate Consulting—to create a cloud‑based, mobile-enabled single source of truth. The integrated solution automated expense and invoice workflows, transferred PO data into invoices via Concur Capture, and unlocked business‑intelligence insights into spend, processing speed and invoice lifecycles.
