Using Concur’s web and mobile travel, expense and corporate card integrations, Abercrombie & Fitch deployed a fully automated global T&E solution that unified booking, card and expense data, provided VAT visibility and enforced audit rules. Results included a 15‑day per month reduction in North American corporate card file time, higher credit card rebates and fewer late fees, near-elimination of fraud and out‑of‑policy spending, and strong voluntary adoption of mobile reporting.
